Where We've Come From
Our team, equipment and technical expertise have been built through years of hands-on hydromulching, hydroseeding and erosion control work in Central West NSW. Macquarie Revegetation is where that experience moves onto a bigger stage - Tier 1 contractors, renewable energy developers, mining companies and government-level projects across the country.
We're based in Dubbo, Central West NSW, with the systems, equipment and people in place to deliver reliably wherever the project is - throughout New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and the ACT, and further afield for the right project.

How We Work
We're a specialist contractor, not a general landscaping or civil business that has picked up revegetation as a sideline. Our focus is deliberately narrow, which means we invest in the equipment and technical knowledge to deliver it properly.
Leadership
Macquarie Revegetation is director-led and owner-operated. Both directors remain actively involved from estimating and planning through to mobilisation and field delivery, giving clients direct access to the people responsible for the works.
Matt Bastian
Matt leads business development, client engagement and project planning for Macquarie Revegetation. He works closely with clients to understand site conditions, project specifications and environmental objectives, developing practical revegetation solutions for civil, renewable energy, mining and infrastructure projects.
As a hands-on director and operator, Matt remains directly involved from initial enquiry through to onsite delivery.
Lach Board
Lach leads the operational delivery of Macquarie Revegetation's projects, overseeing equipment, materials, logistics and onsite execution. With a practical, solutions-focused approach, he helps ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with the required specification.
As a hands-on director and operator, Lach is directly involved in the planning and completion of works on site.
