The Soil and Establishment Detail Behind Every Successful Revegetation Project

Getting vegetation to actually establish and hold takes more than seed and water. This is the technical layer that makes the rest of our work succeed.

What We Cover

How We Approach it

We assess soil conditions, site exposure and the intended outcome before selecting amendments, tackifiers and seed programs suited to that specific site - not a generic mix used everywhere.

Dust and temporary surface stabilisation is managed the same way, whether that's ongoing management across a haul road or short-term coverage during a bulk earthworks phase.

Assess the Site

Understanding the ground before we plan the treatment.

Before any product is selected, we review the site's soil conditions, exposure and slope, alongside the project's specification and any environmental requirements. This forms the basis for everything that follows — so the program we build is suited to your site, not adapted from somewhere else.

Design the Program

A treatment plan built around your soil, not a standard mix.

From that assessment, we select the amendments, fertiliser and ameliorants, tackifiers and seed program the site actually needs — along with a dust and temporary stabilisation approach where the project calls for it. Every element is matched to soil type, exposure and the outcome you're working towards.

Apply and Manage

Delivered on your program, around your site.

Our crews apply the treatment on site, working within access constraints and the wider construction schedule. Where dust or temporary surface stabilisation is required, it's managed continuously — across an active haul road or through a bulk earthworks phase — rather than as a one-off application.

Record and Hand Over

Full traceability, from specification to sign-off.

We maintain detailed batch and application records throughout, giving you full traceability of materials, quantities and rates used. That documentation supports your compliance reporting and gives environmental consultants what they need to sign off the completed works.

Why it Matters

On an active civil, mining or construction site, poor soil preparation means establishment fails, and uncontrolled dust becomes a compliance risk and a safety issue.

Getting this layer right protects both the long-term outcome and your site's day-to-day compliance.
